New Links and the Bloggies
Howdy folks!
I just wanted to alert everyone to a few new links over there in the sidebar that are very excellent and worth reading. TV Squad is a very thorough blog about all things televised, and Television Without Pity recaps shows with a level of snarkiness never before seen. Joystiq is a smart, informative gaming blog. The Superficial is a highly gossipy but also pretty funny blog about celebrities. Not everything on there is great, but little bits like this one make it all worth it. The Sneeze is a cool and funny blog just about various stuff. The Steve, Don't Eat It! pieces are especially fun.
In other developments, I recently came along this nomination form for the sixth annual Weblog Awards, and just happened to notice there are categories for Most Humorous Weblog, Best-Kept Secret Weblog, and Best New Weblog. Not that I'm really saying anything here, but...ahem.
Please nomiate me.
I don't even really care about winning or think I will, but I do think it may attract some new readers, and that's definitely a good thing.
